I am interested in an entry-level position as an Information Technology Administrator with basic knowledge and concepts of computer network and database management. Cross trained to provide assistance with motor vehicle title and registration, tax collection, and various licensing and permitting.  Possessed a firm knowledge of motor vehicle title/registration rules, statues, regulations, and procedures, and maintained an update of these procedures as state laws changed. Conducted training seminars to educate new employees. Specialized in fraudulent document examination. Assisted in trouble shooting printing and computer system issues. Attended classes and meetings to collaborate and maintain knowledge. Supported business objectives by building a friendly rapport with local businesses, motor vehicle dealers, and lending institutions.
